Zillions Inc. is a forthcoming Delaware corporation being organized by Innovative Quests Inc. Until incorporation is finalized, all website operations, course delivery, and payment processing are managed by Innovative Quests Inc. All accounts and obligations will automatically transfer to Zillions Inc. upon completion of formation.

By accessing or purchasing through www.ZillionsInc.com, you agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian’s consent.

Zillions Inc. provides AI-education materials and an optional affiliate reward system recorded on a public ledger. Affiliate participation is voluntary and subject to posted payout rules. Commissions are calculated transparently; results and income vary by individual effort. No income is guaranteed.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe on behalf of Innovative Quests Inc. All charges appear as IQ Inc. Because digital lessons and access are delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at the address above.

The phrase “can never go dark” refers to the design of the public-ledger system and transparent payout rules. It is not a financial guarantee. While Zillions Inc. is engineered for long-term operation, unforeseen market or regulatory events may affect performance.

All text, graphics, lessons, and brand marks are owned by Innovative Quests Inc. and will transfer to Zillions Inc. upon incorporation. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to view educational content for personal learning only.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Innovative Quests Inc., Zillions Inc. (in formation), and their officers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or affiliate program.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute will be handled in Delaware courts.

Updates may be posted at any time. Your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
